Delivery costs vary depending on the weight and size of the product. You can find the exact postage cost in the checkout, after placing your order.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days for handling prior to shipping. Estimated shipping time frames are as follows.

NSW:

Metro areas - up to 5 business days

Country areas - up to 8 business days

All other states:

Metro - up to 10 business days

Country areas - 12 business days 

International:

10+ business days

Unfortunately, At this stage we do not offer local pick-up, All orders will be shipped direct from one of our three warehouses in NSW.

Parcels that have been returned will not be sent out again until buyer has contacted us at sales@epicstore.com.au to confirm shipping details are correct. Postage costs will be borne by buyer for any orders that are to be re-shipped.
